At BODYBASE, we want to help you fit fitness and wellness into your everyday life. Effective and fun, our workouts are mostly full body, and will help you improve your balance, stronger muscles, build core, develop flexibility. We have our own reformers, the BaseLine and the AceLine: two innovative machines that will completely transform the way you work out. Our studio offers personal attention, individual service and sweaty, energetic workouts in a stylish designer interior. Whether you are looking for an energetic boost or a slow recharging pace, we've got you. All levels are welcome. Are you visiting for the first time? Then come 15 minutes earlier so the trainer can explain to you how the BaseLine and AceLine work.

BASE ROUND is a new non-stop heart raising concept with body burning exercises on and off the reformer. The workout is divided into different ROUNDS and stations; You continually switch between our traditional BaseLine and the newly developed AceLine, our mini BaseLine, vertically on the wall for TRX and resistance training. Come and enter our new, immersive space. -Grip socks are mandatory for Base Round. Please bring your own or buy our exclusive BodyBase grip socks at our studio ranging between EUR 9,50-14,50. -At BodyBase, we prioritize high-quality, focused classes, so we ask all participants to arrive on time. Late arrivals disrupt the flow for other participants, so please check in at least 5-10 minutes before class. Once the class starts, the doors will be locked, and late entry will not be permitted. -The Base Boutique also offers beautiful and comfortable BodyBase and STRONGER active wear. If you want to hang out with your friends after class and sip a protein shake, you can do so at the Studio's Fuel Bar.
