Capoeira in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg 🇩🇪 Wir trainieren im 3. Hinterhaus EG rechts im Karate-Studio. (Einfach bis zum Ende durchlaufen. Siehe auch Bilder 4 und 5.) Falls die Tür zum Hof nicht offen ist, einfach klingeln oder die Nummer unten anrufen. Eine Umkleide ist vorhanden, jedoch meistens für die Damen reserviert. Eine Unisextoilette ist ebenfalls vor Ort. 🇧🇷 Treinaremos no 4º prédio, no térreo à direita, no estúdio de karatê. (Só vai até o fim. Veja também as fotos 4 e 5.) Caso a porta do prédio não esteja aberta, toca a campainha ou liga o número embaixo. Tem um vestiário disponível, mas geralmente é reservado para as mulheres. Também tem um banheiro unissex. 🇬🇧 We train in the karate studio in the 4th building on the right. (Just walk through until the end. See also pictures 4 and 5). If the door to the courtyard is not open, just ring the bell or call the number below. A changing room is available, but is usually reserved for women. There is also a unisex toilet on site.

🇩🇪 Bitte beachte: Das Freie Training ist ein Kurs. Man kann gewöhnlich über Urban Sports einchecken. Die meisten trainieren barfuß. Falls ihr keine Capoeira-Kleidung besitzt, kommt einfach in normalen Sportklamotten. 🇧🇷 Lembra: O treino livre, na verdade é uma aula. Você pode fazer o check-in normalmente pelo Urban Sports. A maioria das pessoas treina sem meia e sapato. Se você não tiver roupa de capoeira, vem com roupa de esporte normal. 🇬🇧 Please note: The Open Training session is a class. You can check in as usual via Urban Sports. Most people train barefoot. If you don't have Capoeira clothing, just come in normal sportswear.
