Falls die Tür zum Hof nicht offen ist, einfach klingeln oder die Nummer unten anrufen.
Eine Umkleide ist vorhanden, jedoch meistens für die Damen reserviert.
Eine Unisextoilette ist ebenfalls vor Ort.

We train in the karate studio in the 4th building on the right.

If the door to the courtyard is not open, just ring the bell or call the number below.
A changing room is available, but is usually reserved for women.
There is also a unisex toilet on site.
Additional check-in limits may apply for certain classes or activities.

Die meisten trainieren barfuß.
Falls ihr keine Capoeira-Kleidung besitzt, kommt einfach in normalen Sportklamotten.
