Hi! Welcome to my classes at the Sarasvati Yoga Berlin. I am a certified Anusara Yoga Elements and Mindfulness (MBSR) teacher. Would you like to start your day stress-free, with movement & meditation? Join me on Mondays and/or Wednesdays for a 1h Mindful Morning class. Please book at least 12h in advance!! Do you prefer more time to explore your body, heart and mind? Try 1.5h Open Heart Flow on Thursday evenings. Looking forward to seeing you at Sarasvati! :) Konstancja

All equipment is provided, including yoga mats and props. All you need to bring is yourself! :) Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Late comers will not be able to join out of respect for the others.
