Dancing in Berlin - Halensee Hi! Welcome to my classes at the Sarasvati Yoga Berlin. I am a certified Anusara Yoga Elements and Mindfulness (MBSR) teacher. Would you like to start your day stress-free, with movement & meditation? Join me on Mondays and/or Wednesdays for a 1h Mindful Morning class. Please book at least 12h in advance!! All equipment is provided, including yoga mats and props. All you need to bring is yourself! :) Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Late comers will not be able to join out of respect for the others.
