Dancing in Berlin Brand new heels dance classes in Prenzlaurberg! At FEM.IN.HEELS, we journey through both the External and Internal of what it is to dance in heels. While we build our skill, we also deepen into how we feel doing it - sensuality is all about being present in your body. These classes are for the femmes - a space for feminine energy to be expressed and celebrated, and to rekindle our relationship to aspects of ourselves that may have fallen dormant. FEM.IN.HEELS classes involve growing in the foundations and technique of heels dancing, from complete beginners to more experienced dancers [Foundation, Open Level (Beg/Int)]. Every class involves delving into some technique that will aid us while dancing, and then putting it into practice with a piece of choreography. Each week will have a different focus, from magnetism, flow and softness to boldness, fierceness and power. Where each person’s unique expression is encouraged and celebrated. This is a holistic heels dance experience. FEM.IN.HEELS offers a beautiful, supportive, inclusive environment - aiming to build community and connection between like-hearted souls. FEM.IN.HEELS classes are open to all women and LGBTQ+ persons.

Important Info:
For these classes all you need to bring is a comfortable pair of heels to dance in - preferably heels you keep specifically for dancing so that the soles are clean. The Loft studio entrance can be a little hard to find for the first time - it is around the back of the Kohlenquelle bar if you are coming from Kopenhagener Str. or on your left when you come from Schönfließer Brücke. Ring the bell for 'The Loft' when you get to the door if it is not already open. Please arrive 5-10 mins before class, but no earlier than 15 as the room is booked privately for the class time and there is no lobby to wait in. Can't wait to see you in class!
