ILO STUDIOS offers social wellness experiences combining contrast therapy - sauna and cold immersion - with breathwork, movement and mindfulness. Arrive through breath, open in the heat, sharpen in the cold. Each session helps you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and stay calm under intensity. ILO STUDIOS ofrece experiencias de bienestar social combinando la terapia de contraste - sauna y frío - con respiración, movimiento y mindfulness. Llegas a través de la respiración, te abres en el calor y regresas a ti en el frío. Cada sesión te ayuda a regular tu sistema nervioso, reconectar contigo, y mantener la calma ante la intensidad.

Book your class directly through the Urban Sports Club app! This is a binding reservation. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the class starts. Towels are available for an additional fee of €4 (two towels) or €2 (one towel) . Shower products are included. Don’t forget to bring your swimwear! ¡Reserva tu clase directamente a través de la app de Urban Sports Club! Esta es una reserva vinculante. Si necesitas cancelar, hazlo con al menos 12 horas de antelación. Por favor, llega entre 10 y 15 minutos antes del inicio de la clase. Las toallas están disponibles por un suplemento de 4€ (dos toallas) 2€ (una toalla). Los productos de ducha están incluidos. No olvides traer tu bañador!
