What is dance and what is kNOTdance? At kNOTdance we strip away the idea of dance as a specific style and explore what and how movement can communicate the human experience. Motion and emotion are our base inspiration and movement is our storytelling tool. We believe dance should be an experience that is something more than just watching performers on a stage. kNOTdance offers public dance classes as well as creative, educational, and performance services for private and public institutions.

Important Info
Bring an awesome attitude, some comfortable clothing, and a willingness to explore and learn. Most classes are bare foot. If you would like to wear socks or dance shoes are acceptable. If you are taking a class that required footwear. The shoes must be clean, only used for dance studios and non marking soles. (No shoes that have been worn out on the public streets. )
