Running in München What we do: Are you tired of monotonous, long runs? Feel like you're getting nowhere? Or simply bored of running alone and looking for others to motivate and push you? Then you've come to the right place. We are Munich Running Society. A strong group of passionate and performance-driven runners who train, race, chill and brunch together - all year long! What does a usual session look like? No two trainings are ever the same. Each session usually lasts around 60-90 mins and is made up of an interval running workout - short, fast sprints followed by rest periods - and a bodyweight workout. How fit do you need to be? Anyone and everyone can join - we cater to all performance levels. You don't have to be a running pro, but you do have to be willing to work hard. It's always worth it in the end.
