|DE| Shiatsu ist eine japanische Heilbehandlung, bei der durch Dehnungen und Akupressur der Energiefluß des Körpers harmonisiert wird. Ich bin Shiatsu-Praktikerin mit Hintergrund in Kunst, Tanz und Körperarbeit. Bewegung, Selbstwahrnehmung und das Zusammenspiel von Körper und Psyche haben mich schon früh begleitet – von Ballett über Tai Chi bis Yoga. Shiatsu ist für mich eine tief wirkende, achtsame Berührungsform, die Körper und Nervensystem zur Ruhe bringt – aber auch innerlich bewegt. In meinen Behandlungen geht es um Regeneration, Präsenz und darum, wieder in den eigenen Rhythmus zu finden. Viele meiner Klient:innen suchen Ausgleich zum Alltag, zu Stress oder sportlicher Überlastung – andere möchten sich tiefer mit sich selbst verbinden. I’m a Shiatsu practitioner with a background in art, dance, and bodywork. Movement, body awareness, and the connection between body and mind have always been a part of my life – from ballet to Tai Chi and yoga. Shiatsu is a deeply grounding and mindful form of touch that helps the nervous system calm down and supports both physical recovery and emotional balance. In my sessions, the focus is on presence, regeneration, and helping you reconnect with your own rhythm. Whether you're looking to release tension, recover from physical strain, or simply find stillness in a fast-paced world – I meet you where you are.
