Classes are challenging but welcoming, with options for every level. We prioritize good form, fluid transitions, and strength that actually carries into real life — no endless holds, no perfection pressure, and zero intimidation. Come as you are, move with intention, laugh if you wobble, and leave stronger than you arrived. In the end, it’s just a workout — but a really good one. Please wear grip socks.
