Slide is a dynamic, high-quality athletic reformer workout. Expect athletic, fast-paced movement, smart coaching, and an energetic room that never takes itself too seriously. Classes are challenging but welcoming, with options for every level. We prioritize good form, fluid transitions, and strength that actually carries into real life — no endless holds, no perfection pressure, and zero intimidation. Come as you are, move with intention, laugh if you wobble, and leave stronger than you arrived. In the end, it’s just a workout — but a really good one. Please wear grip socks. You can also purchase them at the studio.
