Sunny Love Yoga
Yoga in Wedding Rebecca Sunshine ( yes, that's her real last name) is a California-grown explorer who is fascinated by human connection, the physical body, yoga philosphy, Buddhism, the universe, soul mates, and family (chose and biological), bio-energy, and serendipitous moments. She lives, breathes, and feels that all life is interconnected. She guides humans from all walks of life on a holistic and wondrous journey from present moment to present moment through the practice of Sunny Love Yoga towards a equanimous place of inter-being-ness. She is a certified Zen Yoga by Dynamic Mindfulness and Restorative Yoga teacher. She is also a Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. She studies closely with Tatjana Mesar, Victoria Larsson, Ateeka, and Jorge Márquez Graffigna and her deep-dive into meditation started 6 years ago during her first Vipassana 10-day course. She also practices Axis Syllabus, Yoga Somatics, Afro-house dance, tap dance, and voguing.
