Gear Up Right 🥊 Wear comfortable athletic clothing & always bring your own towel. For boxing classes: Gloves and wraps are mandatory. Bring your own or rent/buy at the gym: Gloves: €3 (rent) Wraps: €15 (buy) No shoes allowed in THE BUNKER – barefoot or socks only (this applies to all Fight classes: regular, beginners, and intermediate). HIIT Strength is a full-body circuit workout – no boxing gear needed. NO STREET SHOES ALLOWED IN TRAINING SPACES! Our high-performance ventilation system refreshes the air every 5 minutes, including in THE BUNKER, and handles air quality for up to 6 times our capacity. Train clean. Breathe fresh. Bring the fire.
