Our sessions combine grounded breath practices, gentle movement, and guided energetic work. No previous experience is needed — every class is accessible, supportive, and held with care. .Practical Information Meeting Point: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the session begins. We meet directly in the Salon / Urban Healing Unit (UHU) — I will be there to welcome you. Equipment: You don’t need to bring anything. • Yoga mats are provided • Comfortable clothing recommended • Water is available on site If you prefer, feel free to bring your own mat or a light blanket.
