1851Hz is a Berlin-based duo working at the intersection of breathwork, sound, and movement-blurring the lines between deep embodiment and sonic exploration. Their work fuses visceral breath, live instrumentation, electronic soundscapes, and resonant frequencies, creating immersive experiences that oscillate between intensity and release. Rooted in trauma-aware and therapeutic approaches, 1851Hz explores the interplay of raw energy and meditative depth. Their sessions move through contrasts-stillness and momentum, structure and surrender, the primal and the ethereal. Through dynamic breathing techniques, layered vocals, and meticulously tuned frequencies, they craft spaces where sound becomes a catalyst for transformation. 1851Hz doesn't conform to a single method or style. Instead, they bend sound and breath into unfiltered, immersive journeys-where bodies unravel, emotions surface, and consciousness shifts. Each experience is an open-ended exploration, guiding participants to the core of themselves, where presence meets sound in its purest form.
