Yoga in Kreuzberg Cora is a certified yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher. She teaches regular group classes at HAR studio, HeartSpace, Soho House, privates as well as corporate yoga. Apart from that she does holistic coaching, biohacking and she's an ambassador to modern spirituality. She loves to guide you into a state of physical strength and wellbeing, mental clarity, emotional balance and spiritual up-liftment. Corinna’s classes are influenced by Vinyasa Yoga, Tantra Hatha, Kundalini and teachings on emotional intelligence and neuroscience since she loves to grow and put together what works best for her and share it with her students. One big love of hers is also music, so expect some well-selected electronic/hypnotic, lo-fi, classical and deep-house tracks that will carry you through the practice.
