Seit Januar 2026 bieten wir Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation sowie Sound Experiences in warmer, entspannender Atmosphäre an. Unsere Klassen sind für alle Level geeignet und finden auf Deutsch und Englisch statt. Ein lichtdurchfluteter Raum mit hochwertiger Ausstattung laden zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders wichtig ist uns eine persönliche und achtsame Begleitung: Unsere qualifizierten Lehrerinnen schaffen einen Raum ohne Leistungsdruck, in dem Teilnehmer*innen auf ihren Körper hören, zur Ruhe kommen und sich wirklich wohlfühlen können. Liebevolle Details wie Kerzenlicht, kleine Lichter und Tee machen jede Stunde zu einer kleinen Auszeit vom Alltag. English Bhudhara Yoga is a welcoming yoga studio located in the peaceful neighborhood of Friedenau, tucked away on a quiet side street near Schlossstraße in Berlin. Since January 2026, we have been offering Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, meditation, and sound experiences in a warm and calming atmosphere. Classes are suitable for all levels and are held in both German and English. Our light-filled studio, high-quality equipment create a space to relax and reconnect. What makes Bhudhara Yoga special is its personal and mindful approach: our highly qualified teachers create a welcoming environment free from pressure and performance, where students can listen to their bodies and truly feel at ease.
