LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE: The classes are open to all levels of experience. BEFORE YOUR CLASS: Dress in comfortable clothes! Join with a fairly empty stomach! Bring your yoga mat and a towel! Position your camera to a wide angle. Ideally, your whole is visible! Mute your Zoom room! DURING YOUR CLASS: My instructions are precise. When you have a question, please let me know in the chat. I suggest you do not drink during class unless you are under specific physical conditions. When you need to drink, please feel free to do so. EXCEPTIONS: When you are pregnant or have specific physical limitations (f.e. a painful knee, osteoporosis, auto-immune disease, or finished cancer treatment) - please reach out to me before joining a class!
