Pilates, Dance

EDGE is a professional dance company based in Mainz. Our classes create a welcoming space to move, build strength, and reconnect with your body. Inspired by professional dance training, we offer Pilates, ballet, barre, contemporary dance, and stretching classes designed for all levels. Whether you are a dancer or simply enjoy movement, our classes focus on technique, musicality, and body awareness in a supportive atmosphere. No previous dance experience required! All classes are taught in English. Classes take place in cooperation with Dance & Arts e.V. at their studio in Mainz-Mombach.

We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before the class starts so you have enough time to check in and get ready. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Ballet classes should be taken in ballet shoes or socks, while in all other classes is mandatory to wear socks. Finding the studio: The entrance can be a little hidden the first time, so here’s the easiest way to find it: -Get off at the Zwerchallee tram/bus stop. -Walk along Hauptstraße toward the buildings marked 17–19. -Look for a pink sign “Gleis E” on the side of the building. -Turn left into the small side entrance next to that sign. -You’ll see a door marked “Dance & Arts Studio.” -Come all the way up to the top floor.
