Dancing, Pilates, Barre & Relaxation in Mainz EDGE is a professional dance company based in Mainz. Our classes create a welcoming space to move, build strength, and reconnect with your body. Inspired by professional dance training, we offer Pilates, ballet, barre, contemporary dance, and stretching classes designed for all levels. Whether you are a dancer or simply enjoy movement, our classes focus on technique, musicality, and body awareness in a supportive atmosphere. No previous dance experience required! All classes are taught in English. Classes take place in cooperation with Dance & Arts e.V. at their studio in Mainz-Mombach.

Informação Importante
We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before the class starts so you have enough time to check in and get ready. The studio can be a little tricky to find on your first visit, so we will send you an email beforehand with detailed directions. Please make sure to review it for a smooth check-in. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Ballet classes should be taken in ballet shoes or socks, while in all other classes is mandatory to wear socks.
