FS8 Reformer Pilates Tone Yoga
Funktionelles Training in München FS8 just opened in Munich. With over 100 studios worldwide, FS8 is a new kind of studio that blends reformer pilates, toning, and yoga into one low-impact, high-energy workout. Every session is designed to build strength, improve stability, and increase mobility, but this is not a traditional pilates studio. Expect a dynamic, coach-led format that challenges your whole body, every time. All classes are coached in English. Our studio is a bit higher energy than your traditional (reformer) pilates studio, that means you will sweat a bit more, do quicker flow changes and combine the mat, reformer, many different props and weights.

Please bring grip socks and arrive 10min early. To find us, enter through the glass door on the left side of the Rischart bakery & go to the 2nd floor. You can also buy grip socks for 12,50 Euro at the studio.
