With over 100 studios worldwide, FS8 is a new kind of studio that blends reformer pilates, toning, and yoga into one low-impact, high-energy workout. Every session is designed to build strength, improve stability, and increase mobility. We are more than a traditional pilates studio, our flows a quicker and the focus is more on tone & strength. All classes are coached in English & are made for all fitness levels. We recommend joining a ReformX or Original class for your first visit. At FS8 we offer 3 different class formats, all include the reformer: -FS8 ReformX: Our 100% reformer class. Traditional reformer Pilates combined with fresh, dynamic flows. This class is about precision, control and seamless transitions, challenging your body through dynamic reformer sequences and different types of props. -FS8 Original: A fusion of pilates, tone & yoga, half on the reformer & half on the mat. Designed to build full-body strength & flexibility, no matter your fitness level. You will be guided through a mix of reformer and mat based movements that integrate cardio & strength movements. -FS8 Ignite: A fusion of weight, pilates & cardio based movements, half on the reformer & half on the mat. Think 1 to 10kg weights, heavier springs and cardio to fire up your core. You will go through slightly more elevated heart rate flows and resistance challenges.
