FS8 just opened in Munich. With over 100 studios worldwide, FS8 is a new kind of studio that blends reformer pilates, toning, and yoga into one low-impact, high-energy workout. Every session is designed to build strength, improve stability, and increase mobility, but this is not a traditional pilates studio. All classes are coached in English. Our studio has 3 different class formats, all include the reformer 50% or more of each class: -FS8 ReformX: Our reformer-only power session. Traditional reformer Pilates meets fresh, dynamic flows. This class is about precision, control and seamless transitions, challenging your body through dynamic reformer sequences and different types of props. -FS8 Original: A fusion of pilates, tone & yoga. Designed to build full-body strength & flexibility, no matter your fitness level. You will be guided through a mix of reformer and mat based movements that integrate cardio & strength movements. -FS8 Ignite: This class combines pilates with strength based movements. Think 1-10kg weights, heavier springs and cardio to fire up your core. You will go through slightly more elevated heart rate flows and resistance challenges.
