Yoga in Berlin - Bezirk Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg Marta is a certified Pranayoga Method® yoga teacher (700+ hours) and doula in training with DONA International. She is Italian, works in English and also speaks French, German, Spanish and some Russian. Marta's practice is based on connection and inclusiveness: open to Every-Body. The Pranayoga Method® is a teaching practice without dogmas, nurturing awareness, safety, creativity and precision, honoring each practitioner's uniqueness. It is a practice of presence and alignment with ourselves, wherever we are.
