Yoga in Treptow & Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg !This class takes place on Insel der Jugend, at the harbor! Hello everyone! This yoga flow is suitable for all levels and is based on hatha yoga and consists of flexibility, strength, breathing practices, and meditation.
