🩵 Safety For Reformer classes, grip socks are mandatory for your safety and a stable workout. If you don’t have a pair yet - no worries! You can also purchase grip socks at the studio. (8,90€) 🩵 Please arrive on time We open 15 minutes before class so you have enough time to check in and get ready. To keep the class flowing smoothly, late entry isn’t possible once class has started - thank you for understanding. 🩵 Pregnancy note Reformer training is only suitable during pregnancy if you already have Reformer experience and were actively practicing before your pregnancy.
