🩵 Safety For Reformer classes, grip socks are mandatory for your safety and a stable workout. If you don’t have a pair yet - no worries! You can also purchase grip socks at the studio. (8,90€) 🩵 Please arrive on time We open 15 minutes before class so you have enough time to check in and get ready. To keep the class flowing smoothly, late entry isn’t possible! We close the door 1 minute before class starts - thank you for understanding. 🩵 Pregnancy note Reformer training during pregnancy is only suitable if you already have Reformer experience and were actively practicing before your pregnancy. Please also note that our classes are not specifically designed for pregnant women, so participation is at your own risk.
