Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. Kundalini Yoga is my passion, and this is your invitation to practice with me in my home in Berlin—an intimate space to drop in, breathe, and transform. Kundalini Yoga is a tantric and alchemical system of awakening. The word kundal in Sanskrit carries a poetic metaphor: “the curl of the lock of hair of the Beloved.” Kundalini energy is often depicted as a serpent, coiled and dormant at the base of the spine—symbolizing the potent thermal current encoded in our DNA. This same current has been referred to across traditions as Qi, prana, life force, or sexual energy. Expect a solid balanced flow of breathing exercises (pranayama), spinal strengthening (kriya), and mantra meditation (chanting) to facilitate an emotionally connected tantric practice.
