The Base Pilates
Pilates in Berlin - Mitte The Base Pilates is a cozy, neighbourhood studio offering semi-private Reformer and mat classes, personal training and more. We work with the body in front of us and use the pilates method along with other modalities to help people reach their goals. We are open to all bodies, genders, ages and abilities from beginner to athlete. We are located in the back courtyard of Chaussee 36, a code is needed to gain access- please make note of the security code below to enter to the premises. When you arrive at the metal gates, enter: 36142, *unlock button. The gate opens automatically. You'll find us on the right side of the courtyard through a glass door with stairs going down.
