Tune In
Tune in is a place where you can rest, realign, and release. It's a place where you can come home to yourself. During each session we will use sound, meditation, and writing to allow you to reconnect. The sessions hosted here, will be with bigger groups from 10-15 people and in different locations. At some locations you will have to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and optional eye mask.
