Egal, ob du Yoga für Anfänger suchst, deine Praxis als Fortgeschrittener vertiefen willst oder ein kraftvolles Pilates-Training brauchst – bei uns findest du die passende Klasse. Besonders stolz sind wir auf unsere festen Yoga-Serien wie Ashtanga Yoga oder YOKA. Durch die wiederkehrende, strukturierte Abfolge dieser Klassen kannst auch du deinen persönlichen Fortschritt und deinen Kraftaufbau von Woche zu Woche direkt miterleben.

Gut zu wissen: Vor Ort ist für alles gesorgt. Hochwertige Matten, Blöcke und Decken stehen im Studio kostenlos für dich bereit und auch für kostenlose Getränke ist gesorgt. Da wir ein kleines, persönliches Studio sind, haben wir allerdings keine Duschen vor Ort.

Good to know: Everything you need is already here. High-quality mats, blocks, and blankets are available in the studio free of charge, and complimentary drinks are provided as well. Please note that since we are a small, personal boutique studio, we do not have showers on site.
