Welcome to Y4ALL - Your High Intensity & Low Impact Training Studio Our vision is to encourage people of all ages, shapes and sizes, backgrounds and levels to move. We are a fully inclusive studio, welcoming to all, and we believe that Movement is a practice for everyone. We offer Core Power, Booty & Core & Fully Body HILIP Classes. Important: out of respect for all participants, we close our doors 3min before the class starts. Please arrive 10-15min before the class begins and bring a small towel and optionally a water bottle (no shoes allowed in the class room).

Our Classes Core Power Core Power offers a dynamic full-body workout that seamlessly integrates classical Pilates principles with yoga, functional bodywork, and calisthenics elements, suitable for students across all levels. We focus on building core strength, increasing flexibility, and enhancing overall body control through thoughtfully sequenced exercises that challenge you appropriately regardless of your current fitness level. We recommend taking Core Power Basics classes first if you are unfamiliar with common Pilates exercises. Core Power Advanced Core Power Advanced is an intensive class for experienced practitioners ready to explore the full depth and complexity of the Pilates repertoire with precision and control. We focus on advanced movement patterns, complex transitions, and challenging variations that demand exceptional core stability, flexibility, and mind-body coordination. Suitable only for students with consistent Pilates practice who have mastered the fundamentals and are prepared for a physically and mentally demanding workout. Booty & Core *coming soon* Full Body HILIP *coming soon* General Infos: Please note that our instructors teach "Hands On" so expect physical adjustments in class and only attend if you are comfortable with it! Recommended: Come as you are (=fully changed) Arrive early (15 min) - we close the doors 3 min before the class starts We provide all necessary equipment at our studio such as mats & tools. Please bring a small towel and a water bottle. Book your course directly via the USC App! The booking window closes 1h before the course starts. Please note that this is a binding booking and the cancellation deadline must be adhered to. The respective cancellation period will be displayed at the time of booking. Otherwise, the visit will be deducted from your monthly visit limit and invoiced to you. It is not possible to check in on site by QR code.
