Recommended: Come as you are (=fully changed) Arrive early (15 min) - we close the doors 3 min before the class starts Our Classes Core Power Basics Core Power Basics is designed for newcomers to Pilates and those seeking to build a strong foundational practice with anatomically precise instruction. In this class, we focus on mastering fundamental movement patterns, breath coordination, and core activation while developing body awareness and proper alignment. Our systematic teaching approach breaks down classical Pilates exercises step-by-step, incorporating elements from yoga, functional bodywork, and calisthenics to ensure you move safely and effectively. This class is ideal for absolute beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone wanting to refine their technique from the ground up. Core Power Core Power offers a dynamic full-body workout that seamlessly integrates classical Pilates principles with yoga, functional bodywork, and calisthenics elements, suitable for students across all levels. We focus on building core strength, increasing flexibility, and enhancing overall body control through thoughtfully sequenced exercises that challenge you appropriately regardless of your current fitness level. We recommend taking Core Power Basics classes first if you are unfamiliar with common Pilates exercises. Core Power Advanced Core Power Advanced is an intensive class for experienced practitioners ready to explore the full depth and complexity of the Pilates repertoire with precision and control. We focus on advanced movement patterns, complex transitions, and challenging variations that demand exceptional core stability, flexibility, and mind-body coordination. Suitable only for students with consistent Pilates practice who have mastered the fundamentals and are prepared for a physically and mentally demanding workout. Core Flow Core Flow uniquely blends our signature Vinyasa Yoga Flow style with Core Power Pilates for a transformative full-body experience. This dynamic class combines flowing yoga sequences with targeted Pilates core work to build strength, enhance flexibility, and elevate your energy. Expect to leave feeling both energized and centered, with a powerfully engaged core and a calm, focused mind. All levels are welcome! Please note that some of our classes - especially in the evening - can get quite crowed. If you prefer less crowded classes we recommend attending morning classes during the week. We provide all necessary equipment at our studio such as mats & tools. If you like you wear Pilates Socks during your session, please bring your own mat as they tend to damage our mats. Book your course directly via the USC App! The booking window closes 1h before the course starts. Please note that this is a binding booking and the cancellation deadline must be adhered to. The respective cancellation period will be displayed at the time of booking. Otherwise, the visit will be deducted from your monthly visit limit and invoiced to you. It is not possible to check in on site by QR code.
