Yogamaya Berlin
Yoga in Kreuzberg Maya Shenfeld is a Jerusalem born Berlin based classical musician and yoga teacher. She’s had a regular practice since 2007, learning Vinyasa, Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. In winter 2017 she completed a vinyasa yoga teacher training in India, receiving certification through Sampoorna Yoga RYS®, Goa. Vinyasa Yoga classes in English at the Heile Haus Kreuzberg; always to an ambient soundtrack. Small groups, lots of personal attention. Explore inner landscapes to external soundscapes, connecting mind and body through the synchronization of movement and breath. Allowing for a safe practice, suitable for different practitioners, alignment cues, and anatomically designed sequences are an integral part of each class. Mats and props are available at the studio, drop in anytime!
