Trail Run and Self-defence Workout

Rollerblading, dancing, bodyweight exercises with rock'n'roll, funk and rock music. Running and workout outdoors around Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide area, running trips in and around Berlin. Join our group via WhatsApp https://chat.whatsapp.com/CZg4vFsKT1q5hakKdidsIz for more trail runs and workout 🏃🏽🏃🏽💪🏼 We start slowly with warm up excersizes to stretch your muscles. Afterwards we run and do small exercizes during the run for about 20-30 min with small breaks. Afterwards we continue running increasing the frequency of running. In the end we sprint for a short time and do some stretching. What you need : running shoes and maybe a warm jacket for afterwards
