Alma Edelstein
Dancing in Berlin This is a dynamic, choreographic and rather technically orientated class, designed to introduce you to different Contemporary Dance elements like floor work, release, and improvisation. We will start with a warm up and body-space awareness exercises, to open up our senses and become more perceptive of ourselves and each other. As the class develops, you will learn short choreographic sequences, which are designed to improve your mobility, coordination, strength and flexibility, while creating a deeper understanding of your movement possibilities. We will focus on building a strong core and a solid technical base, to help us prevent injuries and to support fluent and pleasant dancing, playfully.
