Yoga in München I'm Fine – a yogi and certified yoga teacher 🤍 Yoga has been a steady companion in my life for many years, and I'm excited to share my passion for the practice with you. My style is deeply inspired by Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga. In my classes, you’ll find flowing, repeatable sequences, playful inversions, and intentional breathwork to help regulate the nervous system.
