Yoga in Kreuzberg DE: High On Yoga bringt dich mit einem intensiven Vinyasa Yoga auf allen Leveln zum Schwitzen. Unser Studio ist ein offener und bunter Ort, an dem jeder willkommen ist. Alle Klassen werden auf Englisch unterrichtet und basieren auf einer Kombination aus Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga und Body Positivity Elementen. In unseren Klassen erwartet dich der Sound unseres Harmoniums, Mantra-Chanting und eine große Portion Hands-on-Adjustments unserer Lehrerinnen und Lehrer (plus ein garantiertes Yogahigh). EN: High On Yoga offers physically and spiritually intense vinyasa yoga to sweat and bring joy. We are a yoga studio embracing the Berlin free spirit and to be an inclusive place to everyone all our courses are in English. Our yoga courses combine dynamic alignment-focused Ashtanga-based flow with an embracing body-positive approach. Each High On Yoga class is a performance introducing the wholeness and complicity of yoga as a method for good life. Expect the sound of harmonium, mantra chanting and a lot of hands-on adjustments and assists. A yoga high is guaranteed.
