Yoga in Kreuzberg HIGH ON YOGA means joy and fulfilment on the mat. Our signature class is a sweaty powerful breath-driven vinyasa. Rhythm, vigour, freedom. In our 100 sq. m. space you will come into a beautiful trance of yoga with experienced teachers, selected soundtracks and a real Kreuzberg community vibe. Our queer-run studio is open to every-body who craves for a powerful yet joyful practice. We specialise in traditional Ashtanga yoga reinvented to bring joy and release. Only few selected classes, no spa wellness cosplaying, only authentic yoga, breathe and joyful crowd around. In the tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga we give hands-on assists during each class. Please inform the teacher beforehand if you prefer to not get any adjustments. FInd our spacious sun-filled studio in one of the backyards of the Bechstein Höfe, near Görlitzer Park.

HOW TO FIND US: Go through the main gate at Reichenberger Str. 124 (Bechstein Höfe) and enter the tunnel passage to the the main yard. Continue going through the yard as you pass a pi9lates studio on your right, until the silver tower building and our pink sign, then turn right and go through another passage. Look for Haus C (Studio Sonic/HIGH ON YOGA). The door is open, just push with force. Disclaimer: In the tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga we give hands-on assists during each class.
