Yoga is the way to sort out your thoughts and become one with your mind. Since years Yoga is part of Gracys life. She learned how to chant, meditate and teach Yoga in different Ashrams and Yoga schools in India. Yoga surely became the perfect way to focus her body and mindset. Pranayama, meditation and her daily practice lead her through her healthy and active lifestyle. She wants to spread the love of Yoga all around the world and wants to teach her students in awareness and self-consciousness. In her classes she keeps the tradition of Yoga but also includes some western influences. Her courses are a good mix of chilled beats, a dynamic flow, lots of breathing and for sure relaxation. Her mantra: Close your eyes, breathe and go deep into your wild!
