Social Running in Berlin This sessions are designed for runners who want to build strength, improve movement quality, and stay healthy through consistent training. Each class combines runner-specific strength work, stability, and mobility to support better running mechanics and reduce injury risk. We train in a small group so everyone gets individual coaching and technical feedback.
