Welcome to Movements Labzuid – Your Mat Pilates Destination!* Movements Labzuid is a dedicated Mat Pilates studio designed to help you move, stretch, and strengthen in a welcoming and inspiring space. Our classes are held in the stunning light-filled studio on the top floor of SMC, providing the perfect environment to connect with your body and mind. LABzuid focuses on the science behind fitness, offering you state-of-the-art suspension & barre equipment to take your Pilates practice to the next level. We heat this studio to 28 degrees, but please be aware that this is not a typical Hot Pilates studio as you are used of movements.

What You Need to Know: -All Classes are taught in English -Mats are provided for your convenience. What to Bring:Please bring a towel for use on the mat or for showering. We also recommend bringing water to stay hydrated. What to Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows for free movement is ideal. Most classes are practiced barefoot, but feel free to wear grip socks if you prefer. Facilities: Our studio is supported by the basic but functional dressing rooms, showers, and lockers located in the basement of SMC. If you like, you can bring your coat, shoes, and bags with you into the studio. Please arrive *10 minutes before class* to settle in and prepare. First time at the studio? We’d love to welcome you! Be sure to arrive at least *15 minutes early* so we can show you around and ensure you feel comfortable before starting your session. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, we’re excited to have you join us at Movements Labzuid. Let’s move together!
