Our Three Class Categories: 🔥 RIDE – High-intensity indoor cycling sessions designed to push your limits. 🌀 FLOW – All things Pilates, Yoga, and Barre, perfect for strength, flexibility, and balance. 💪 STRENGTH – HIIT and workout classes to build endurance and power. Prefer training from home? No problem! Most of our classes are also available online, so you can join us from anywhere in the world. At Hi!
