Yoga in Neukölln Hi, I'm Michela! I teach Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga, a contemporary and non-dogmatic yoga, which combines functional movements in Vinyasa style with Buddhist wisdom. I teach accessible classes that focus more on the transition from asana to asana than the poses themselves. Through waves, spirals and bouncing, I offer participants the opportunity to re-discover their way of moving and lead them to a deep relaxation of body and mind. I invite you to move with curiosity and playfulness, to observe and to embody what feels good for you in the present moment. Classes are on Wednesdays 7:15-8:15 pm and on Fridays 8:30-9:30 am @Raum5 in Schillerkiez (ring at RAUM5) - Breathe, and let go (EN), on Wednesdays 7:15-8:15 pm Through gentle movements, waves, spirals and bouncing we bring awareness back to the body. After the flow, we wind down with restorative and relaxing poses. - Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga (EN), on Fridays 8:30-9:30 am Gentle yet energising flow to start the day with the right amount of enthusiasm and peace

Ring the bell at Raum5. The studio will be at the first door to the right. The door opens 10-15 minutes before the class. Yoga mats, blocks and blankets, etc. are available at your free disposal.
