Hi, I’m Sara, a certified rider fitness coach and posture trainer, specialized in helping equestrians and body-conscious movers build strength, mobility, and body awareness. With a background in both fitness and horse training, I combine functional training with mindfulness and nervous system regulation to create a holistic approach to movement. Whether you're on horseback or at your desk, posture matters — and I’m here to help you feel more stable, powerful, and connected to your body. Expect fun, focused sessions that challenge your core, unlock your hips, and improve your balance — no horse required! :-)

Informations importantes :
Trainings usually take place indoors at Padel25. We have a private gym there. At times we might decide to train outdoors to focus more on coordination, cardio and explosiveness. Please bring clean indoor shoes with you, a towel and water.
