As a certified sound therapist and hypnotist, I offer my clients a safe space in which they can explore their inner processes. With empathy and expertise, I accompany them on their path to greater inner balance and quality of life. In sound therapy, I use instruments such as singing bowls and tuning forks to create a sound field that brings body and mind into harmony. In hypnosis, I help my clients to achieve a deep state of relaxation (trance) that gives them access to their subconscious mind. In this way, unwanted habits can be discarded, self-confidence strengthened and sleeping habits improved.
