Yoga

The classes focus on building inner peace and strength. It is a challenging Vinyasa Flow guided by our breath. We dive into this wave connecting with ourselves, the collective energy and with what simply is. As inclusive open-level classes, they invite everyone, from beginners to regular practicioners. The classes follow the principles of non-comparison to others, acceptance, connection, santosha (be satisfied with whatever is), detachment, and gratitude. The classes are taught in English. Assistance can also be given in German, Spanish, and French.
