Yoga in Schöneberg Welcome to Yoga with Science, my yoga and overall wellness project born not only to offer yoga classes, but to empower all students with knowledge and tools coming from both ancient yoga tradition and solid scientific research. Then you need 4 things! 1) Your yoga mat and anything you might find useful for practicing in the open air including warm clothes for the breathing and relaxation parts of the class. If you are not sure, write to me: [email protected] 4) Well... do not forget the most important thing...bring your smile and your intention to be loving and kind to yourself! Who can join? EVERYBODY! This project is meant to bring wellness to everyone who'd like to join and enjoy the wonderful effects of a solid yoga practice. What about previous experience? Absolute beginners who have never done yoga and absolute yoga pros can all come over and practice! Variations are always provided and adjustments when necessary are given. What is my offer? My offer is all about building wellness, being that physical, emotional and mental. In particular, you can expect to choose between: -Hatha Yoga & Power Yoga classes (always including breathing and relaxation!) -Deep stretching classes using 3 fundamental principles: Wet Noodle, Breathe to relax, Time under passive tension. Once you get to know them, you are ready to apply them at home too! -Dedicated Breathing workshops -Dedicated Yoga classes such as: _Yoga for neck & shoulders, _Yoga for dancers, _Yoga for stress management, etc. However, why choosing when you can try them all??? Why should I join? In case you want to be very deliberate and aware about your practice, discovering the whys of asanas and breathing, then my classes are a good place to be.
