Yoga em Cascais - Lisboa. Beach Yoga: Our Sunrise Yoga Class is a 60 min Vinyasa Flow open for all levels. In this class we will work on strength, flexibility and stress release, basically everything you need to keep your body healthy. Different type of Beach Yoga: Let's be a Kid again! AcroYoga isn’t just about fancy, high-flying excitement. It’s about connection, creation, exploration, and most importantly, the acceptance of the trust. We will cover fundamental flying, basing and spotting techniques so you can play with confidence. No prior knowledge or partner is required. You just need enthusiasm and energy!
