Our sessions are personal, precise, and deeply effective — rooted in the original Pilates system with Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector, always taught with clarity and presence. Important Information for Your Visit To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at M for Movement, please read the information below before your session. Arrival & Location * Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session * Free parking is available directly at the studio * Arriving early allows time to settle, change, and start the session calmly Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we respect the schedule of other clients. What to Wear & Bring * Comfortable gym or Pilates clothing that allows free movement * Pilates socks with grip, ideally five-toe socks * A towel * A bottle of water to stay hydrated * Hair tie or clip if you have long hair For safety and comfort, please avoid jewelry during the session. Before Your Session * Avoid training on a full stomach * Ideally, allow at least 3 hours after a main meal before your session * Stay well hydrated throughout the day Pilates on machines requires focus, control, and internal engagement, training too close to eating can reduce comfort and performance. Health & Safety If you have: * Had recent surgery * Are recovering from an injury * Have a medical condition that affects movement Please ensure that your doctor or medical professional has approved participation in Pilates or movement training, and inform the instructor before your session.
