We offer exclusive, highly guided Pilates sessions on classical apparatus, supported by mindful mobility and scientifically informed movement training. Here you won’t find crowded floors or generic group classes. Our sessions are personal, precise, and deeply effective — rooted in the original Pilates system with Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector, always taught with clarity and presence. Exclusive Pilates on Authentic Machines Train with the full suite of Pilates apparatus — Cadillac, Reformer, Chair and Barrel — in sessions that focus on alignment, control, strength, coordination, and mindful breath. * Personal and semi-private sessions with a maximum of two people * Clear instruction, constant feedback, and real correction * Classical Pilates taught with contemporary movement insight This is Pilates as it was meant to be: precise, intelligent, progressive. A Movement Philosophy that Goes Beyond Exercise Movement here is not repetition. Movement is exploration and refinement. We blend: * Classical Pilates foundations * Mobility, play and functional joint work * Breath-led sequencing and somatic awareness Whether you are improving posture, relieving tension, enhancing athletic performance, or simply moving better in daily life, our sessions build strength, clarity and freedom of movement. Pilates & Movement for Curious, Committed Movers Urban Sports Club members join M for Movement because they want: * High-quality guidance on classical Pilates machines * Individual attention that actually changes your body * Movement that feels intelligent and rewarding * Environment where focus and presence matter Here you don’t follow trends — you learn how to move with control, resilience, and ease.
